Our Services

CAV Aerial delivers clear, reliable drone visuals for practical and creative projects — from technical surveys to standout content.

Whether you're inspecting a roof, documenting a heritage site, mapping land boundaries, or filming for social media, every flight is handled with precision, safety, and a focus on delivering exactly what you need.

With flexible packages tailored to homeowners, businesses, creatives, and conservation teams, I make it easy to get professional aerial footage.

Aerial Inspections

  • Aerial inspections use drones to capture high-resolution images and video of hard-to-reach areas such as rooftops, chimneys, gutters, and building exteriors. It’s a safer, faster alternative to ladders or scaffolding.

  • Ideal for surveyors, roofers, property managers, letting agents, or homeowners needing visual records for planning, repairs, insurance, or quotes.

  • A 15–30 minute drone flight capturing both photos and video, delivered digitally via download link. I use a high-resolution drone with zoom and stabilised footage for clarity. Thermal imaging can be offered if needed (coming soon).

  • Prices start at £125 (excluding VAT) for a basic inspection. Contact me for a custom quote based on your location and requirements

Heritage & Conservation Imaging

  • Drone imaging used to safely document heritage sites, listed buildings, or ruins — without physical contact or disruption.

  • Conservation officers, heritage consultants, local councils, parishes, or community groups needing visual records for planning, monitoring or restoration.

  • High-res images and 4K video of structures and surrounding context. Optional: 3D photogrammetry or seasonal monitoring series.

  • Rates vary depending on access, structure condition, and scope. Ask for a custom quote.

Land Flyovers & Agricultural Imaging

  • Aerial flyovers use drones to produce a clear, top-down visual of land, fields, or estates — perfect for reviewing access, boundaries, or layout.

  • Farmers, landowners, estate managers, developers, or surveyors needing imagery for documentation or planning.

  • Drone-captured overhead photos and video showing layout and key features. Optional grid mapping or elevation views available with RTK-capable drones.

  • Prices start from £150 (excluding VAT) depending on area size and coverage detail.

3D Mapping
& Photogrammetry

  • We use drones to capture high-resolution aerial images, which are stitched together using photogrammetry software to produce accurate 3D models of landscapes, buildings, or structures. The result is a “digital twin” you can explore, measure, or use for planning.

  • This service is ideal for:
    • Architects & surveyors needing site data
    • Conservation teams documenting historic sites
    • Landowners or farmers wanting detailed terrain maps
    • Construction firms tracking progress or stockpiles
    • Estate agents or developers showcasing land in 3D

  • • Flight planning & risk assessment
    • Drone data capture (with GVC-qualified pilot)
    • Full 3D model built using photogrammetry
    • Exported files (OBJ, LAS, TIFF, or video walkthrough)

  • Prices start from £350 + VAT for small sites (under 1 hectare).
Larger or more complex jobs (heritage, RTK precision, multi-day capture) are quoted based on scope.

Aerial Content for Wellness
& Personal Brands

  • Drone footage designed to enhance brand visuals for fitness studios, wellness retreats, or personal content creators

  • Pilates and yoga instructors, personal trainers, coaches, small wellness businesses.

  • Short aerial clips or stills filmed at your location. Options for social media cutdowns, reels, or hero shots for websites.

  • From £99 (excluding VAT) per session. Custom packages available for multiple edits or locations.

Thermal Imaging
for Heritage Sites

  • Thermal imaging is a non-invasive technique used to detect heat loss, moisture ingress, and hidden structural issues in historic buildings. It allows conservation teams to assess the condition of heritage assets without physical contact or damage.

  • Designed for conservation officers, heritage architects, surveyors, and restoration teams. Ideal for those responsible for the maintenance, preservation, or documentation of historic buildings, monuments, and sensitive sites.

    • High-resolution thermal imagery of key structures

    • Visual and thermal comparisons for easy interpretation

    • Annotated PDF report with observations and flagged issues

    • Optional on-site walkthrough or remote consultation

    • Data suitable for grant applications or conservation planning

  • Thermal imaging surveys for heritage sites start from £350, depending on the size, location, and complexity of the site.
