Top-Down Roof
Condition Mapping

  • High-resolution, top-down aerial photos that clearly show the condition of a roof from above. This bird’s-eye view reveals damage, debris, blocked gutters, slipped tiles, or signs of water ingress — ideal for inspection without scaffolding or ladders.

*Prices listed are starting rates and may vary depending on the scope, location, and complexity of the project. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT (charged at 20%). Travel is included within a reasonable local radius; additional mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile from N22 (Londom). All services are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and legal permissions. Final quotes will be provided after an initial discussion or site review. Raw footage, editing, and fast turnaround options are available at additional cost.
