The drone survey carried out examined the upper facades, main roof and three smaller flat roofs to the rear of the building.

Summary of Main Findings

Building Façade

The Façade of the building (illustrated) in the gallery below showed signs of weathering and ageing. There were multiple cracks, mould and at one point there was clear plant growth between one of the cracks.

Main Roof

The main roof was in genrally good condition however there was a water synomous with pooling on the flat roof. There has been small amounts of rain this week but its worth getting that checked. There was also small amounts of organic growth on the roof. Most of the Chimneys did not have cowls.

The gutters were more or less clear of debris.
